Shipping is calculated at the checkout to cover the costs of fees, packaging supplies, time, labour, and storage, based on package weight and distance. I am based in the UK but more than happy to ship your orders to you if you live internationally. Border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries which are all different so please enquire with me and I will do what I can to help.

From time to time I do offer free UK shipping offers so please keep up to date for some lovely offers through out the year by signing up to my mailing list!

You are welcome to pick up your original artwork in person at my home studio in Nottingham - it would be lovely to meet you in person. Use the code "StudioPickup" at the checkout to delete the shipping fees altogether and we will work out a time to meet via email hello@mirandalou.com. Alternatively I may be able to deliver directly to your doorstep if you live within the Nottinghamshire area.

Originals

All artwork is wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box. Most artwork will ship via Royal Mail, and most packages arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from time of shipping (includes tracking & insurance). International shipments will be sent via USPS or another carrier. International buyers, please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at
checkout. Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.

Prints

All fine art prints are made to order and take 7-14 days to arrive. Depending on your location this may be quicker.

if there is a specific deadline you have in mind and I’ll do what I can to help. Each print is handled with the utmost care, packaged beautifully in paper or a plastic sleeve. Prints A3 and smaller are mailed in a sturdy flat envelope while prints A2 and larger are mailed in a thick tube to ensure they arrive to you safely. I try my best wherever possible to use recycled materials.

Any issues with the arrival of your order please get in touch asap and I will investigate!

Originals - I work to standard size paper formats which can be placed within off the shelf sized size frames.

Prints - I generally work to A size formats as they allow standard size frames to be used. If you require an imperial size then please let me know and I can resize. As a quick tip, A5’s and A4’s are great to add some splashes of colour and energy to small spaces and nooks. A3’s work well in pairs on a lounge wall, above a bed/unit, and A2/A1’s make a great statement within a larger space.

If you would like to fill a large area, collecting artwork together makes beautiful gallery walls which can add instant impact to a room, I offer collector discounts on multiple prints (and would be honoured to fill your walls!).

Please also see the image guide for sizing in relation to a standard size sofa. If you would like an alternative size please contact me and I will see if the print will work - the sizes listed are directly related to the image quality - the delicacy of the details are very important to me and add to the value of my work.  I ensure the large prints are beautiful – you will be amazed at how much they look like the orginals!

Framing
